Business Intelligence Analyst

What you will be doing?

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across different roles/functional teams to understand reporting requirements to effectively manage operations within scope. You will ensure BAU and ad hoc reports are delivered accurately and on time. You will provide insights based on the analysis to help in the decision-making of the management team.

Analysis and Governance

• Collect, analyze, and translate operations data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Develop and maintain reporting processes, dashboards, and data visualization tools to deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.

• Accountable for data quality and handling initiatives and ensuring contractual and regulatory obligations are met.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency within scope.

Account or Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with account stakeholders to understand reporting requirements to effectively manage operations.

• Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely using charts and dashboards to tell the story

• Provide training and support to end-users of the reporting/dashboard.

• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.

• Intermediate to advanced level in Excel.

• With hands-on experience with DataViz tools, such as Power BI.

• English level advanced or fluent is mandatory.
